Help Support Over 3500 Artisan Families in Odisha

Orupa

Orissa Rural and Urban Producers’ Association (ORUPA) is a voluntary effort towards encouraging and helping the handicraft and handloom artisans of Orissa to keep the traditional art forms alive. The federation intends to bring the rural and urban artisan groups towards economic empowerment through craft and craftsmanship. Most of these artisans are from marginalized communities. Over 6500 women artisans are directly involved with the association.
